The location was magnificent, the view of the lake and the terrace was spectacular. We loved it! In terms of the room itself, "Viola Room", everything was clean, comfy, the mattress was great, the bathroom very clean and with the shampoo's and body soap (unexpected but grateful for it) And also the breakfast tickets for the local cafe's was extraordinary. Very happy and glad to make Fio & Gio my "go-to" place for first timers in the Como region (specifically Varenna)

Simple check-in, just pick up the key by yourself. Very close to the historic center of the twon and Villa Monastern, the trail from the lake to the train station is beautiful. The room I ordered is with a shared bathroom, however the bathroom is large and clean. There is a small grocery store across from downstairs, it has everything and is extremely convenient.

Breakfast was at partner cafés, conveniently located. Just a cappuccino and white bread toast, it was very small. However, the location more than compensated :)
