Too expensive for the quality offered. Room cleaning was not at all good. When I ask room to be cleaned then it should be cleaned to the acceptable level. They just folded the quilts and took the garbage out. No bed linen change was changed. Breakfast was ok and again not upto the mark for the price. Some of the items were over and they didn’t want to refill. That was impolite. Restaurant was ridiculously over priced with no choice for non-beef eaters. Staff is ok. Can be polite and welcoming. I was bit surprised because whole Austrian economy is by and large services businesses. How can you be rude in hotel industry?
