Staff welcoming, included pick up at the airport. Location easy walking distance to the prime locations to visit. Breakfast well presented and good variety.

Location was the best. Excellent for walking, station/airport transfer, tube and lovely neighbourhood. The room was basic but clean, comfortable, quiet and safe. Had en suite and breakfast included. On my birthday they gave me a box of Mozart chocs!!! So kind. We could access the room at any time and were told we could also contact reception in case of emergency any time. They offered to organise tickets for events too.
