Beautiful mountain location. Both rooms and facilities felt very new - even the shared bathrooms. Nice to have the outside pool space also.

Overall the accommodation was good. Clean, functional, lovely views and good location in the very attractive village of Vilaflor. Our stay was tarnished by our rude host who after not responding to phone calls and messages prior to check-in, gave us a confrontational telling off for apparently waiting in the wrong place to check-in. The lady who served us breakfast however was very pleasant, polite and professional. Perhaps she could teach her male colleague a lesson in customer service.
