For late Check in, please contact the property at least 24h in advance, using the details on the booking confirmation or in the Special Requests box during the booking process , late check in has a cost of €20 from 7pm to 9pm, and €30€ from 9pm to midnight. Payment is due at check in. For stays of 7 nights or more, towels are changed once a week. Sheets are only changed for stays longer than 10 nights. Except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Please note that check-in between 19:00 and 23:00 is possible. Guests should request this service until at least 48 hours prior to check-in. Please note that guests wishing to check-out earlier will be charged the full amount of the original reservation. Please note that if guests wish an invoice, they must provide the VAT number at the time of the reservation using the Special Request box. A baby cot is available, from June to September, at an extra cost of EUR 5. It is free of charge during the remainder of the year. Please note that a security deposit will be charged at check-in, as follows: - EUR 300 - Studio - EUR 400 - One-Bedroom Apartment - EUR 700 - Four-Bedroom Apartment This amount will be refunded at check-out if no damages are made to the property.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. The location is excellent ,right in heart of Villamura Marina ,The apartment was light airy ,spotless ,the view first thing in morning from our Balcony was fabulous, the morning Sun shing on the Marina..The hospitality of Portuguese patrons in the restaurant,,so much choice ,the pubs and the craic in the Irish Bars ,the weather ,great week thoroughly enjoyable .

We liked the fact that the property was so spacious and it was so central and in the heart of the marina bay in vilamoura. It had all the amenities that we needed for our five day stay. We was ten minutes walk from the beach and only a few minutes walk to the supermarket. On arrival we was met by a really very friendly warm lady called Thelma who checked us into the property and made sure that we enjoyed our stay in vilamoura. If we had any issues or anything else that we needed she was easily contactable.
