The best thing about this place was the massage spa- excellent. Sadly there are a lot of things that need improvement..for example the bedding for the sofa bed was stained and dirty, the swimming pool needed a clean, the lifts are slow, and half the food menu at the restaurant was not available. The TV wasn't working and no phones in the room. I would definitely go back to use the massage Spa. The location was quite far from Loi Bazaar and those central main temples like Radha Raman and Banke Bihari. The hotel gave us a complimentary late check out which was helpful. Thank you.

Hotel and rooms were as it was at the description. Comfortable beds at deluxe rooms, hot water and a/c works good. But cleanliness should be improved. Nice guys at the reception and in the room service, always ready to help with any queries. Restaurant at the last floor is good, food was tasty. Thanks a lot!
