The kitchen was excellently stocked: not only salt, pepper, oil, but also all the other little necessities: paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, tea towel, herbs and spices, and even spare lightbulbs and batteries 😍 We only interacted with the host via text, but they were helpful and responsive, even when we asked a question on Saturday evening. Public transit and affordable parking within easy walking distance. Oh, and bath!

The owner was kind and responds to every question promptly. The Property is very near to the high street and shopping mall. Place was clean and tidy. Very impressed with the property owner , she was kind and helpful.

Everything! I was in a tough situation of needing to move myself (and everything I own) out of my long-term accommodation on very short notice, without having secured a new tenancy. So I had about half a day to find somewhere I could stay at temporarily , while I attended house viewings. Luckily I found this place. Zoe was highly accommodating. Her tutorial on how to get into the property and how to use all the facilities was perfect, and she very quickly sorted out any queries I had. The location was excellent, with all amenities and transport links being very close by, and the property was very clean and tidy. By the end of my booking I still hadn't managed to find a new long-term property to rent, and unfortunately she couldn't extend my stay as she was fully booked for the rest of the month. However, she offered to get in touch with her contacts to see if any of them could help out. Within 24 hours she had managed to find me a property I could move into the very next day. I was extremely grateful! Zoe went above and beyond, and I would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to stay in Watford. Both the property as well as the property-owner are excellent. It exceeded my expectations!

The location was excellent. The shopping centre is just a couple of minutes walk away. It's very secure in a courtyard at the back of the building. It has CCTV inside the apartment, pointing down the stairs at the front door for extra security. The flat is modern with everything you need to cook or watch TV including Netflix etc. Nice modern bathroom and very good supply of towels.
