Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.Please note that restaurants around the area are limited and may close early in the evening. Dining options may be difficult to find after 19:00.Guests with a dinner-inclusive rate must be at the restaurant by 19:00 to eat dinner. Dinner is served from 17:30.

The hotel, staff, and onsen were all amazing. The hotel is located right next to the ski slope, and the breakfast had a massive variety. Onsen were clean and well maintained. Overall, it's an amazing hotel we will be back.

The beautiful onsens and excellent service staff. We want to thank Tinnu San ( from Bangladesh) at the reception of Kokusai hotel for his excellent service and English, and for bringing us dinner to the room when we could not find food in Zao Onsen town. Thank you so much!

It's near cable car station and it provides hotel pick up at Yamagata station which is convenient for those who don't drive.
