From the moment we got there, everything about Hedley house was excellent, the location was ideal staff were friendly and super efficient food was amazing, our room was peaceful and comfortable, and the whole hotel was spotlessly clean. This is our first time at the hotel, even though we are frequent visitors to York, but we will stay at Hedley House in the future

Location is just a short stroll into the city ( approx 5 minutes ) Very good quality breakfast Bed very comfortable Everything you need for a short city break, plus a few extra things ... lovely garden to enjoy a late evening drink.. hot tub to relax in and gym for the energetic

Excellent breakfast and staff couldn't do enough. Lovely small garden to relax in at the back. On site parking good value for money. 10 minute walk to the Minster and city centre. Try the hop on hop of bus, it starts 5 min from hotel.
